Yet more award success for Pure!

30th April 2013

Following our success in winning the Best Start-up award last year, we never expected to be as lucky this time around – we attended the Observer and Gazette award ceremony on 19 April expecting nothing more than a good night out and some networking with other local businesses.

So you can imagine our surprise when we came away with the award for Best Customer Service!

We were particularly thrilled to win this award because it reflects our overriding commitment to giving clients the absolute best service we can. We have recently started to collect client feedback via an online survey and are really proud of the results. We feel that it is really important to listen to our clients so that we can continually improve.

But that was not all – to our astonishment we were also ‘Highly Commended’ for Best Small Business and also for Best Overall Business – meaning that we were up on stage with host presenter Fred Dinenage a total of 3 times!

We are very grateful to the organisers and sponsors of the awards and of course the judges too! Now we’ve just got to find a good place to put them all :-)
