** Please note that this event is now fully booked – however we are still taking bookings for the evening workshop on 4 December **
As detailed in our recent article, the latest development in the linked cases of Bear Scotland v Fulton (and others) has potentially very significant implications for employers and employees. In order to help you understand what this could mean for your organisation, we are running two workshops to help with your holiday headaches! The other workshop is an evening session on 4 December, details of which are here.
The sessions will cover points including:
– Holiday pay where employers pay overtime, commission, bonuses and/or other payments
– The likelihood of claims
– The possibility of backdated claims
– How holiday pay might be calculated
– Potential Government intervention
– What you should do next
There will be plenty of opportunity throughout the workshop to ask questions of our friendly, knowledgeable team.
Location & Times
The workshop will be a breakfast workshop with registration from 8am with refreshments available. The workshop will begin at 8.30am and we would expect to finish at around 9.45.
We are very excited to confirm that the workshop will be held at in our brand new seminar room at our offices, 1 Little London, Chichester, West Sussex PO19 1PH (please click here for a map).
Our office is very close to the Little London public car park, but it is within easy reach of the other city centre car parks too (the city parking map is available here).
How to Book
The workshop nature of the session means that places are strictly limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. To reserve your place, please email [email protected] specifying which date you wish to book and letting us know if you have any special dietary or accessibility requirements. We will contact you to confirm your booking.
The workshop is free of charge, and is aimed at those who have responsibility for HR issues, but we’d be delighted to welcome you whatever your background. Please feel free to pass the details on to others who may be interested. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn more in an interactive setting with our experienced team of solicitors.
We look forward to seeing you!
