Following the success of our Portsmouth seminar in October, we are delighted to have partnered with Hays yet again for this Breakfast Seminar on the 12th November 2013 from 8.15am – 10.40am at the Sussex County Cricket Ground, Hove.
The morning will feature two interesting presentations and an informal table discussion focused on recently conducted research into Generation Y and the use of Social Media in the workplace.
‘Gen Yers’ are digitally savvy, have grown up with technology and are comfortable sharing online. Barney Ely, Director from Hays Human Resources, will focus on what Generation Y want from their employers and how to advance your employer brand using Social Media. Whilst Social Media brings substantial benefits to business, its extensive recent growth calls for a clear line to be drawn between professional and personal life. Nicola Brown, Partner at Pure Employment Law will deal with the employment law issues arising from social media in the workplace.
Refreshments and breakfast will be provided, with networking opportunities throughout.
Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. To reserve your place or for more information regarding the event please email [email protected]
