Our topic is performance management and how to deal with it effectively, simply and lawfully. We will explode the myths around managing performance, bring you up to date on the law, and help equip you to deal with performance issues in your workplace robustly and positively. The removal of the default retirement age in October 2011 will mean that it will be even more important for employers to keep on top of performance, whatever the age of the employee.
We’ll include a question and answer session, and there will be plenty of opportunity to speak to us before and after the presentation too.
The venue is the Council House, North Street, Chichester, PO19 1LQ. Registration will start at 8am with refreshments (including pastries!), and the presentation will start at 8.30am. We will finish at approximately 10am.
