If you need further advice, or if your matter is complex, or if we need to see documents related to your matter, then this will be work that is subject to a charge. Please note that unfortunately there is no legal aid for this type of work, so we are only able to act for employees who are able and willing to pay for advice, and we may require a payment on account from you before commencing work. We will provide you with an estimate of charges before undertaking any work, so you can decide if you wish to proceed.
