When problems arise at work, it can be difficult to know where you stand and what your rights are.

We can help advise you on any legal issues that can arise during your employment, including:

  • Bullying and Harassment
  • Constructive Dismissal
  • Pregnancy and maternity related issues
  • National Minimum Wage issues
  • Working Time issues including holiday pay
  • Changes to terms and conditions
  • Grievances
  • Disciplinary issues including gross misconduct
  • Stress
  • Deductions from wages
  • Confidentiality
  • Unfair Dismissal
  • Discrimination
  • Unfair treatment
  • Whistleblowing
  • Time off for caring responsibilities
  • Issues with bonuses
  • Unfair redundancy
  • Appeals
  • Allegations of poor performance
  • Restrictive covenants
  • References
  • Data Protection
  • Family friendly rights including shared parental leave

We can help talk you through your options and can advise on the potential value of any claims you may have.

If you have been given a Settlement Agreement, we can help – please see our page on Settlement Agreements.

What to expect when you contact us:

  • We will need to know the name of your employer – unfortunately, we are not able to give you any advice without this information.
  • We are happy to have an initial free chat on the telephone, or answer an initial email enquiry. If you need further advice, or if your matter is complex, or if we need to see documents related to your matter, then this will be work that is subject to a charge. Please note that unfortunately there is no legal aid for this type of work, so we can only act for employees who are able and willing to pay for advice, and we may require a payment on account from you before commencing work. We will provide you with an estimate of charges before undertaking any work, so you can decide if you wish to proceed.

If we can help, please contact us.
