Breakfast Workshop – The 3 Rs – Redundancy, Restructure and Reorganisation

In these difficult times many businesses are finding they need to restructure and reorganise their workforce. It is vital to ensure this is handled as smoothly as possible to protect the business and avoid the risk of claims. Our breakfast workshop will give practical advice on process as well as bringing employers up to date on the latest developments.
The session will start with a presentation covering the key points and latest changes when dealing with the 3 Rs of redundancy, restructure and reorganisation:

Following the presentation, attendees will work through a scenario in small groups. There will be plenty of opportunity throughout the workshop to ask questions of our friendly, knowledgeable team.

Location & Times
The workshop will be held at Chichester Golf Club, Hunston Village, Chichester, West Sussex PO20 1AX (please click here for directions) in the Cathedral Suite located in the Clubhouse.
The site has ample free parking, however please do ensure you follow the signs to the Clubhouse to locate the correct building and car park.
Arrival & registration is from 8:00am and the presentation will start at 8:30am. Refreshments and pastries will be available upon arrival. The workshop will end around 10:00am.
